Brighton
Thursday 16 February 1995
Weather
Bright sun and blue sky. Started rather cold but warmed up nicely later.
Conditions
Perfect conditions. No fresh snow in previous 24 hours, but still lots of soft powder to be found.
Overall
This proved to be a much better day. John, with a bandage round his knee (was it the same one he claimed to have hurt?) did not seem to have any problems.
We got in a great deal of skiing, most of it from the high speed Great Western lift.

Snow conditions virtually perfect. Still powder from storm 2 days before. Moguls just forming .. very soft and forgiving. **WATCH OUT FOR RIP OFF** Billboard on Wasatch Blvd says "You will pay for this someday .. kids ski free at Brighton". Someday may come sooner than you think. 11 years olds are adult and pay full $28 lift ticket fee. So for 1 adult plus 1 12 year old this is virtually as expensive as Snowbird and Park City!
